Ubika Research issues a research bulletin titled "Encouraging drill results: VG Gold encounters deepest gold occurrence yet at Paymaster"

TORONTO, Canada - Ubika Research has issued a special research bulletin on the latest drill results announced by VG Gold Corp (TSX: VG.TO) on November 9, 2009. Two core holes were drilled in order to expand the known mineralization at depth. The best result returned 9.4 grams per tonne (gpt) (0.274 ounces per ton (opt)) over 4.6 metres (m) (15.1 feet) (ft.) at a vertical depth of approximately 215 m (700 ft). These results are encouraging and further confirm the validity of the exploration plan that is currently underway at VG Gold's Paymaster West Project.

These drill results indicate wider interval of gold mineralization and show that there is potential to develop an open pit resource project.

Ubika Research views these developments positively as they further support our view that VG Gold has significant exploration potential and access to potentially large and better grade gold resource base.
