Small Cap Research and Capital Market Exposure Program
A common problem faced by most publicly listed small-cap companies is lack of liquidity and poor exposure. This severely limits the ability of small-cap companies to meet shareholders' interest, raise new financing or to sustain investors' interest after a recent financing.
Through our extensive experience working with small-cap companies over many years, we understand the growth potential offered by high quality promising small-cap companies. We also have a unique perspective on the information, research, access to fund managers and communication challenges encountered by small-cap issuers. We can help your company meet such challenges by using our deep reach within the investment community and by addressing various closely linked aspects required to enable better investor exposure and improved liquidity in the stock.
Ubika Research offers a comprehensive research, communication and capital market exposure program to actively highlight the investment potential in micro and small cap companies.

SCP will help to attract industry contacts to the event, advice on the choice of venue and all related logistics and generally organize the event. Clients will be responsible for all expenses relating to the event (i.e. for the venue, food and drinks).
On average, we contact around 100 brokers, advisors and other industry professionals and around 25 to 30 brokers and advisors attend the launch event for the company.
Ubika/SCP will gather information on the client company for the following uses:
(1) for distribution at the reception; (2) to be emailed with the invitation; and (3) to be sent after the event to follow up with attendees and no-shows.
This will ensure that a significant number of brokers and other industry professionals are contacted, made aware of the investment story and then followed up with updates.
